Hi, I’m Shawn — I started The Alverson Effect because I’ve seen too many people with incredible potential walk away from their dreams simply because they didn’t know where to begin. I’ve spent over 30 years building multiple multimillion-dollar businesses, training entrepreneurs, and developing systems that work — and now, I want to share that knowledge with you.
When I was diagnosed with a treatable and manageable form of cancer, I knew I had to realign my life around purpose and wellness. That journey led me to the powerful health-based business model we now use — built on integrity, science, and real impact.

Dynamic and results-driven professional with over 18 years of experience in the nutritional supplement industry and retail management.
Sarah Schultz excels at driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
